The following prices apply to Self-Pay DUII Programs and are standardized prices based on cash payment. Most insurance companies will pay for Alcohol and Drug Treatment. NPFS will bill your insurance accordingly. DUII groups are offered Tuesday mornings & Wednesday evenings. Clients must attend (8) consecutive (90) minute groups equaling (12) hours.

DUII Education Only:

• Must have an ADSS report that is marked “Education Only” program. No “Education Only” without ADSS report
•  Assessment
• 12 hours of group sessions
• Random Urinalysis, (one UA every 2 weeks)
• Abstinence for 90 days evidenced by negative Urinalysis (Minimum of 4 random UA’s. If positive, the level of care will be raised).
• Minimum of 3 individual sessions
• Attend Victim’s Impact Panel
•  Bill Paid in full before completion of treatment………..……$850.00

DUII Treatment Level 0.5:

• ADSS report is marked treatment and/or if there is no report and assessment indicates a need for Level 0.5
•  Assessment
• Minimum of 4 individual sessions, including a service plan session
• 12 hours of group sessions
• Random UA’s, minimum of one UA within a (2) week period
• Abstinence for 90 days evidenced by negative Urinalysis (Minimum of 4 random UA’s. If positive, the level of care will be raised).
• Attend Victim’s Impact Panel
• Bill Paid in full before completion of treatment………..……$1,080.00

DUII Treatment Level 1.0:

• ADSS report is marked treatment and/or if there is no report and assessment indicates a need for Level 1
•  Assessment
• 12-16 individual sessions. Including a service plan
• 12 hours of group sessions
• Random UA’s, minimum of one UA within a (2) week period
• Abstinence for 90 days evidenced by negative Urinalysis (Minimum of 4 random UA’s. If positive, the level of care will be raised).
• Attend Victim’s Impact Panel

DUII Treatment Level 2.1:

• ADSS report is marked treatment and/or if there is no report and assessment indicates a need for Level 2.

• 16-20 individual sessions. Including service plan
• 12-16 group sessions / (2) groups weekly
• Random UA’s, minimum of one UA within a (2) week period
• Abstinence for 90 days evidenced by negative UA’s

*The DUII Group is an information-gathering group and is required by the State of Oregon for DUII information or treatment completion. It is not covered by OHP and other insurance companies. It is the client’s responsibility to pay this fee prior to being discharged. DUII Groups are held on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 am to 10:30 am and on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Other group session days and times will be provided during the intake session.

**Urinalysis tests are NOT included in DUII fees. The Client will be asked to provide random UAs throughout treatment. Millennium Health Laboratories will bill the client/insurance directly.
